If you read my article yesterday, you might have read that an upcoming trend for spring 2019 (actually a trend that’s been on the rise for a while) is tie-dye. I don’t know about you, but when I read the trend round ups and I saw tie-dye I mentally already had it crossed off in my head. I haven’t worn tie-dye since sleep away camps and family reunions during my awkward phase. But I still had an affection for the 70’s classic, so I did some digging and found 5 articles that had solid advice (in my opinion) and inspiration on how to make this daunting trend wearable.

Elite Daily’s “How to Wear the Tie Dye Trends, Thanks to These 15 Fashion Items”
This articles gives less advice on how to style and instead provides the reader with a veryyyy comprehensive list of super cute and affordable (can’t say that about the Vogue article) tie dye pieces. While they don’t provide much guidance on styling the pieces most if not all of the pieces are styled in the photos so feel free to draw your inspiration from those.
Valet’s “4 Ways to Wear Tie-Dye”
For the men or men’s fashion lovers, Valet is a men’s online magazine. However, I included this article because really, what is men’s or women’s fashion anymore honestly, AND I when I looked through this article I was personally confused because I wanted to wear every single one of the styles.
The Zoe Report’s “2019’s Tie-Dye Trend Is Easy To Pull Off, Even If You Thought It Wasn’t For You”
This article is for all you naysayers who still say “thanks, but no thanks.” This article shows you how easy it is to slip some tie-dye into your look that why would you still say no?

Besides the relate-able title of the article, this article takes its inspiration from Instagram posts. After each Instagram they include style notes and at the bottom of the article they include a list of their favorite tie-dye pieces that range from affordable to mayyyybe not affordable (hey no judgement though).
